Growth Lead
As Growth Lead you will lead our partner (worker) acquisition team and own new partner acquisition across channels, including optimizing existing channels and piloting / scaling new channels. You will be responsible for delivering against new user growth goals across segments while maintaining strong unit economics. You will monitor daily and weekly metrics, proactively identify issues and opportunities, and use creative problem solving to scale new user growth. You will partner with Marketing, Onboarding, Marketplace, Payments, Product, and other teams as relevant to achieve your goals.
Marketplace Strategy & Operations Lead
As Marketplace Strategy & Operations Lead you will own a vertical within our marketplace and lead multiple client projects within that vertical, including end-to-end planning and execution, project scoping, initial launch, daily operations, and sunset. Your north star will be to relentlessly deliver 100% shift fill rate while maintaining a high bar for quality across projects. You will monitor daily metrics, proactively identify issues and opportunities, and execute initiatives to increase fill rate (e.g. onboard additional workers, restructure shift availability, send reminders, offer bonuses). You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Growth, Support, Payments, Product, and other teams as relevant to achieve your goals.
Marketplace Analyst / Sr. Analyst
As Analyst / Senior Analyst, Marketplace Strategy & Operations you will live at the intersection of supply and demand on our labor platform. You will be the face of the Marketplace team to both customers (employers) and workers, interacting with both groups on a daily basis. You will embody first principles thinking and a bias for action, ensuring quick yet thoughtful responses to weekly, daily, and even hourly market changes. You will also leverage your organizational, analytical, and project management skills to help design and execute operational priorities as we strive to build world-class operations across each of our verticals. You will report to a Marketplace Lead and interact with Sales, Customer Success, Growth, Support, Payments, Product, and other teams as relevant to achieve your goals.
BizOps & Analytics Lead
As BizOps & Analytics Lead you will report directly to our VP Partner and lead business operations for our Partner (worker) team, working closely with all areas of the team to be a thought leader on strategy and analytics, build and maintain dashboards, conduct analyses into business drivers and levers, lead the operating cadence, and help shape the overall strategy of the team
