The Partner team exists to build a thriving partner (worker) community, with access to every shift everywhere.

As Growth Lead you will lead our partner (worker) acquisition team and own new partner acquisition across channels, including optimizing existing channels and piloting / scaling new channels. You will be responsible for delivering against new user growth goals across segments while maintaining strong unit economics. You will monitor daily and weekly metrics, proactively identify issues and opportunities, and use creative problem solving to scale new user growth. You will partner with Marketing, Onboarding, Marketplace, Payments, Product, and other teams as relevant to achieve your goals. You will:

Own our acquisition strategy and drive growth by launching, scaling, and optimizing various acquisition channels including online ads, SEM, SEO, paid social, referrals, ambassadors, affiliate partnerships, and whatever else you can think of

  • Design and launch new acquisition channels to deliver 1M+ workers on our platform and beyond
  • Build a culture of high velocity testing and experimentation with the goal of continuously optimizing growth and efficiency overall and across channels (e.g. ad copy, landing pages, channel mix)
  • Partner with Marketing, Onboarding, Payments, and Product to refine the overall partner journey and optimize both funnel conversion and velocity
  • Partner with BizOps & Analytics to measure the effectiveness of various channels and identify opportunities for scaling and improvement
  • Build and lead a high performing growth team, borrowing best practices from across the industry
  • Use tools like Google Sheets, SQL, and whatever else you will need to gather and analyze data to develop insights and inform decisions

Qualifications

You will be a great fit for this role if you get excited about designing user journeys and scaling new user growth, are a self starter, and enjoy using a test-measure-learn approach to optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.

  • You have 4-7 years of work experience in related roles (e.g. user acquisition / retention, growth marketing, product growth), and experience leading / managing teams
  • You are committed to our mission of empowering workers with technology
  • You are a self starter with high energy and proven ability to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with anyone -clients, executives, team members, hourly workers
  • You live and breathe data, using data as the cornerstone for all your decisions
  • You have advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets)
  • You have experience with SQL or a strong willingness to learn
