JOb Description

This role will be part of our Distributed Workforce team responsible for delivering top notch service to the people who seek work on our platform in 20 countries around the world. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic candidate to join our Shift Operations as a Program Manager. This role will report to the General Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading all aspects of the client execution experience and delivering against the stated objectives
• Coordinate with client teams to ensure performance metrics are being met
• Oversee a team of Shift Ops Leads & Associates who will be supporting you in delivering for our clients and workers
• Manage daily scheduling, execution, and payments of shifts and workers based on our clients needs and specifications
• Communicate with our workers before, during, and after shifts answering questions related to executing their work and performance
• Monitor for in-shift issues, taking immediate action where possible and escalate when required
• Provide technical assistance from basic troubleshooting to software specific questions that are required for our workers to execute their shift work
• Perform ongoing daily reporting of metrics to both external clients and internal management
• Work with our Partner Operations team to ensure the right workers are being acquired, trained, and setup to start shift work based on our clients needs
