• Work directly with client's and Shiftsmart's leadership team to define project requirements and timelines
• Identify and complete key strategic operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements, and executing
• Prepare customer-facing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and information
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years work experience at a top consulting firm, investment bank, or equivalent
• Microsoft Excel experience required
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
